Dr. Salil Latay - In Concert - Sukoon Bhare Nagme - Zindagi Jeevan Aur Hum
Some concerts are performances. Some become memories. And some become truly special moments of togetherness. Presenting a concert of Sukoon Bhare Nagme during the Shri Ganesh Festival 2026 is always a special opportunity. But 16 September 2026 was something more. It was a beautiful and memorable evening of “Zindagi, Jeevan Aur Hum – Songs of Living and Songs of Life”, shared with one of the most wonderful and responsive audiences I have experienced in recent times.
The audience did not merely listen — they sang along, loudly and wholeheartedly, through much of the concert! Their warmth, enthusiasm, appreciation and accolades made the evening truly unforgettable. It was one of those rare occasions when the singer and the audience seemed to become one through the magic of melody and words. That, for me, is the real essence of Sukoon Bhare Nagme.
My heartfelt gratitude to Chaitraban Residency, Aundh, Pune, for this wonderful opportunity and for creating such a beautiful setting for the concert. A very special Thank You to each and every member of the vibrant audience for singing, responding, appreciating and blessing the presentation with so much warmth.
And my sincere thanks to the Management and the Cultural Committee, headed by the Cultural Secretary, Mrs. Pramodini Natu, with the support of Mrs. Trupti Shirodkar, for their superb organisation, management and encouragement, which made this evening possible.
A special mention and heartfelt thanks to my dear friend, Mr. Aman Rajabali, for connecting me with Chaitraban.
An evening of songs, smiles, memories, togetherness and, above all…Sukoon. Grateful. Blessed. Thankful.
