My Vocal Sonata format has the biggest USP – the minimalist requirement of space for a concert presentation; just 6 Feet by 6 Feet to be exact. This very USP apart from a long list of others – that simply make this music concert – the easiest to organise, manage, travel and promote – finds its second immediate opportunity in less than 3 weeks since its relaunch on a platform that is creating waves everywhere one hears of it.

The Gharelu Mehfil – A Live Concert right in the Living Room of your home – Yes...you read it right. The phenomenon now picking up since its relaunch (the concept had to take a break due to the pandemic) since Dasra 2023, travels to the twin city of Pimpri Chinchwad – The twin of Pune. Thanks to Entrepreneur Mr. Avinash Vichare who organised it at his home to celebrate Diwali with Sukoon. An evening to remember. The ambience, the interactive nature of the presentation and the superb response and appreciation made my Diwali memorable. Thank You Mr. Avinash Vichare and his family. Thank You to each one of the wonderful audience.

Sukoon @ 10 AM. Dr. Salil Latay - In Concert - Sukoon Bhare Nagme

A Concert of Sukoon or Serenity on a Sunday morning? Why not? I have always followed the principle of Thinking Out of the Box for finding ways to take my Mission of Melody to the right audience. So sometimes I create my own ideas, while at times, I study and modify an already existing idea to suit my aim. A Concert followed by sumptuous food. This idea was presented for the first time on 29 Oct 2023 for my Mission of Melody with Vocal Sonata. Vaibhav Paliwal of Nukkad Cafe, Aundh and Nagesh Chavan of Manasi Events, Pune supported this concept and what resulted was beyond our expectations. 

A heritage setting at the Nukkad Cafe premises with possibly the best audience for the choice of songs presented – each one top notch in his/her game of life – From a retired pilot who had the honour of flying the Prime Minister of India 5 times to someone owning a Security Organisation for Companies to Consultants to Artists to Teachers to Home Makers – all winners in life attended this inaugural presentation. The yummy snack after the concert stole the Man of the Match award!

Dr. Salil Latay - In Concert - Sukoon Bhare Nagme

Another new chapter for my Mission of Melody with Vocal Sonata. A revival of an already successful and ongoing avenue for spreading Sukoon, interrupted briefly for a few years due to the pandemic. This time rebranded and relaunched on the auspicious day of Dasra 2023 – 24 Oct 2023 – A Live Concert Presentation right in the Living Room of your home. Earlier I used to call it a Home Concert – Now I call it The Gharelu Mehfil and this relaunch drive is named – Revive The Gharelu Mehfil.

My relauch got its first opportunity at a cosy home in Siddharth Nagar Colony of Aundh area in Pune. What a wonderful setting, one of the best audiences in recent times and yes....an organiser who has always supported and understood the value of my Mission of Melody – Mr. Nagesh Chavan. A memorable late evening coinciding with the auspicious Kojagari Paurnnima or Sharad Poonam on 28 October 2023. The Gharelu Mehfil due to my unique Vocal Sonata format requires just 6 Feet by 6 Feet of presentation space and can practically be presented at any location – where the real connoisseurs (Rasikjan) are looking out for Sukoon with meaningful words and the simplest presentation format.

Dr. Salil Latay - In Concert - Sukoon Bhare Nagme

Vocal Sonata performs for a noble cause – The best avenue to use my skills as a Singer and Stage Performer. An Awareness and Fund Raising Concert for an organisation called Vriddha Mitra (tr. Friends of the Elderly) – dedicated to the care of elderly, serving across cities like Pune (catering to more than 35 000 Senior Citizens), Mumbai, Gwalior, Bhopal and Delhi.

This event was organised at the Club House of the prestigious Karishma Society in Kothrud, Pune. The vibrant audience loved my presentation and was very appreciative.
