Dr. Salil Latay - In Concert - Sukoon Bhare Nagme - Zindagi Jeevan Aur Hum

A small library in Aundh, Pune, started with a mission to revive the fading culture of meaningful reading, celebrated its 2nd Anniversary with a concert of Sukoon Bhare Nagme.

Zindagi Jeevan Aur Hum — songs of living and songs of life — blended perfectly with the beauty of words, written and printed for the library, and brought to life through music and reflection in my unique Vocal Sonata format.

One of the smallest venues for a public concert in my career so far — ARC Social Library, Aundh, Pune. A small space that could accommodate around 20 people had an audience of nearly 30. A House Full Show! And it was truly appreciated by one and all.

Thank you, ARC Social Library, for this wonderful opportunity to be a part of your celebration. Wishing you a great journey ahead. My heartfelt thanks to Mrs. Jyoti Shekdar and Mrs. Niraja Diwan — the ladies behind this great mission — and also to Mr. Abhay Kale for connecting me with this wonderful organisation. A Special Thank You to each and every member of the wonderful audience.

Dr. Salil Latay - In Concert - Sukoon Bhare Nagme - Saaz, Alfaaz, Sukoon Aur Main.

An evening to remember.

An organization in Pune, dedicated to creating, presenting, and promoting good literature, with over 100 members, completed seven years of its foundation and its wonderful journey. It was a special celebration, with a special event organized at The Corinthians Club in Pune.

The Corinthians Literati invited me as a Featured Artist, and I presented a concert of my own creations as a Composer and Singer of Sukoon Bhare Nagme. One of the best audiences I have experienced in recent times… they truly appreciated the new, original creations. It was a memory to cherish for a lifetime.

Thank You, The Corinthians Literati. Thank You, Ms. Sonali Rasal – Founder of The Corinthians Literati – and each one of the vibrant members of the audience for your warmth and appreciation.

Wishing The Corinthians Literati a wonderful future and many more years of a great literary journey.

In the audience was the noted singer and Life Coach, Ms. Gitanjali Rai, known for her soulful Bhajan concerts. It was an honour meeting you, Ma’am, and I was truly happy to hear your kind words of appreciation.

Happy to meet actor Naresh Gund (on my right, in the orange shirt). He has an amazing bass voice, reminiscent of Nana Patekar and Om Puri. It is a delight to listen to him speak.

With the lady who is the driving force behind the wonderful concept of The Corinthians Literati — poet, author, and speaker Ms. Sonali Rasal. Thank you so much, Sonali, for this wonderful opportunity to present my own creations as a composer.
